I wrote a short introduction to this re-issue of A. S. L. Farquharson's translation of the Meditations, in a nice pocket hardback edition.

Farquharson's translation was first published in his important edition of the Meditations published in 1944 (containing Greek text, translation, and two commentaries). It has since been reprinted a number of times, notably in the Everyman's Library and in the Oxford World's Classics series.
