Previous Teaching
I include here details for selected courses that I have taught in the recent past:
Hellenistic Philosophy. This course of UG lectures examined Hellenistic philosophies of Stoicism, Epicureanism, and Academic and Pyrrhonian Scepticism. It ran in 2009-10, 2010-11, and 2011-12. [Further information]
Medieval Philosophy. This course of UG lectures explored a wide range of philosophical problems in metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of mind, philosophy of religion, and ethics as they were discussed by philosophers from the 4th to the 14th century. It ran in 2010-11. [Further information]
